RETURNS POLICY

We hope you are thrilled with your purchase. However, if this is not the case we will refund or replace any items that you are not completely satisfied with. Please email us within 14 days of receipt to advise us that you would like to return the item, quoting your invoice number and reason for return. We will issue you with a returns number and the address to send the item to. Please do not return any item before contacting us.

We will always refund postage on items that have arrived in a damaged condition, or if we have delivered the wrong item.  However, the customer is responsible for the return postage on undamaged or unwanted items.

Please use a postage service that is traceable and insured, to protect yourself in case of loss or damage. We will also expect any courier service to allow us to inspect the goods before accepting them.

Please return the item, which must be unmarked and undamaged, with all original packaging as soon as possible. Goods not returned within 10 days of advising us of your intention to return will not be eligible for a refund.

A refund will be made to you once the goods have been received. However, if we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a fund on the item.


Items broken during delivery to you

We package our products with extreme care and consideration. In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, please contact us via within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Photographic evidence of the damaged product
• Your order number
• Whether you would like a replacement or a refund.

Following this, you will need to return the product to us within 10 days.

Once we have received the goods and verified the fault, we will either:

• Replace with the same item
• Refund in line with our refund policy.


Refund policy

If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the card used to pay for the original order. Please note that it is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your card details, for example, you no longer have that account. We aim to action eligible refunds with 7 working days from receipt of the returned goods, although the refund may take longer during busy times.
